Soybean Reliable SNPs Position Database

The relative position was identified by mapping the sequence containing the SNP position to another reference genome. Using these results, we developed a web application "SoyDBean" which allows researchers to integrate and analyze previously generated variant data by easily changing different data to comparable SNP position.
